LAKESIDE HOOPS REGISTRATION

Registration is now Open for the 2011 Fall  Season.

To help reduce the demand for our natural resources, Lakeside Hoops is encouraging all players to register on-line for the 2011 season. It only takes a few minutes. Just fill out the form, click on Submit and bring your tryout fee to tryouts.

If you would prefer to fill out the registration form and bring it with you to Tryouts, there are links to the left for the forms.

Registration

Online registration closes at 11:00 pm on the Saturday before the start of tryouts. If you are unable to register online, you can register in person at Tryouts.

Remember to bring the $10.00 Tryout Fee to tryouts. For those that register online for tryouts, there will be a $15.00 discount on your Fall Season Player Fee

Fill out the form and click the Submit button. All Fields marked with (*) are required to complete registration. The form will not allow a registration to be submitted until all required fields are completed.

Remember to use the Tab Key or your mouse pointer to move between fields. If you hit the Return Key while filling out the form, just click OK on the error box and finish filling out the form.
